Mazda 2 Extreme, 2 Furious

Built by Mazda’s official Australian motorsports arm, this little dirt chucker is set to send wombat and kangaroo alike into the afterlife as it tackles the National Capital Rally in Canberra. The drivetrain stays stock, but numerous brake and suspension mods should keep it on the right side of its Bridgestone Potenza-wrapped 15-inch Compomotives. Get the full story at TMR.

Mazda Gives Demio and Atenza MPS

Auto Express has more scoops than Baskin Robbins today. This time it’s about Mazdaspeed/MPS tuned versions of the Atenza and Demio. Details are sketchy at this point, but the Atenza will have around 280hp and a close-to-production concept version will appear at the Paris Motor Show this October.
