Honda Launches Third Brand in China

As it turns out, the Honda Idea Concept unveiled at the Beijing Motor Show is actually the first of a whole new brand that’s set to debut in China. The new brand will be called Li Nian and spawns from Honda’s Chinese subsidiary Guangzhou Honda. Apparently Acura just didn’t represent “the automobile’s challenge to realize a dream-inspiring future, and reflects the image of a dynamic, stylish, and high-quality life for a new generation,” whatever that means.
